A LIL’ WORK
The clock is ticking and the regular season is about to come to a close in the Miami Xtreme league. So too are the hopes of all challengers to the Doral Broncos 140’s dynasty run. The Golden Glades Panthers come into this match up like David to Goliath with no fear in their hearts. Like Doral the Panthers are unbeaten with a record of 8-0. For the Panthers this game is the true measure of just what that 8 and 0 record really means. For Doral they are looking for any kind of work before sending this group on to the next level. This season has been a walk in the park for the Broncos and as for this week’s game against the Panthers they have a chance to do what so many others have tried to do – take the #1 ranked Broncos down.
This is no easy task and the Panthers will have to bring more than small stones to take down this Goliath.

BOUNCE BACK
Last week the Davie Broncos were shut out 16-0 in a bitter loss to a tough Pasadena Lakes squad. This week Davie is looking for redemption and will try to take down top seated Pembroke Pines Bengals to force a three way tie in their division.
PPO beat Pasadena and Pasadena beat Davie. Pasadena took PPO to the wire in week three of the season forcing the Bengals into two overtime periods. PPO would win in the game by a very slim margin of 6 points.
Davie has to move something in this game and come away with the “W” if they want to be taken seriously going into the playoffs.

MUSICAL CHAIRS
Last Friday night the Panthers 80’s suffered their first loss to Miami Gardens. The Panthers were favored to win that game but gave up the winning touch down in the last minute of the game. Miami Gardens would surprise the Panthers defense with a tight end pop pass.
Scott Lake upset the same Miami Gardens squad two weeks ago and currently the Vikings, Chargers and Panthers are all at 7 and 1. Whoever loses this game will most likely be a third seed in the playoffs.
In the 120’s match up – same thing. Northside let one slip away to Miami Gardens last week and have to rebound this week or else they will find themselves slipping into a lower seed going into the playoffs.
